Privacy and cookies

1. Personal data

The site has no user accounts and no analytics or tracking tools. Personal data is collected only through the request form on the Training page, and only what is typed into it.

• Controller: Bages Trading SL, CIF B-62959101. Contact: info@precisionticks.com.
• Purpose: answering the information request.
• Legal basis: the consent of the person concerned (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Data: full name, email address, mobile number, stated interest and, if any, the message.
• Recipients: the request is passed to the controller through the Telegram messaging service. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• Retention: as long as needed to reply, and twelve months at most.

2. Cookies

The site sets no first-party or third-party cookies and loads no external resources. The typefaces are served from the same domain.

The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie if it detects automated traffic. This cookie is required for the site to run securely and is exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, which is why there is no cookie banner.

3. Hosting

To serve the website, the hosting provider processes each visitor's IP address for technical purposes, under its own terms and with appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@precisionticks.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
